Bio

I'm a writer and software developer from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I went to Villanova University for my B.S. in Computer Science and I'm currently working towards my Master's in Creative Writing and Literature.

You can find me on LinkedIn here.

My work

As a developer, I'm focused on building technology that supports humanity-first action at threshold.world, where I lead engineering on b.world, a platform for impact measurement and storytelling.

As a writer, I cover a wide range of topics: social impact, literary analysis, computer ethics, sports (primarily baseball and basketball) and speculative fiction are some of my favorites. I'm currently revising my first novel.

On the side, I also co-host the podcast Survivor Analytics with my friend Clyde, where we discuss the reality competition show Survivor. We've had several past contestants on, including Austin Li Coon from season 45 and Todd Herzog, the winner of Survivor: China!

b.woah! Collaborative logframes with b.world Whiteboard
By Jack Crawford, b.world EngineerHello and welcome to b.woah!, where I talk about the development process behind b.world.When developing a new impact project, it’s important to hypothesize how you intend to reach the goal you are setting out to achieve... for example, “to reach X goal, we need to do Y, but for Y to happen, we need to promote Z, etc. etc.“ As you collaborate to define this model, you’ll produce a logical framework, also known as a logic model or a ✨ logframe ✨. There are plenty

A breakdown I wrote about how we think about logframes at b.world
